When you sign up for Veridomo, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we store. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics services. Your API key usage (request counts) is tracked for billing purposes.
Your email is used solely to associate your API key with your account and to contact you about service-related matters (billing, limits, security). We never sell, share, or use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.
All data is stored on a single VPS hosted by Vultr in New Jersey, USA. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes, not plaintext. Email addresses are stored in a SQLite database. Challenge data (domains verified, timestamps) is retained for 90 days for operational purposes.
To delete your account and all associated data, email hello@veridomo.xyz from the email address associated with your account. We will delete your API key, email, and all associated challenge data within 7 days.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects payment information directly; we never see or store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We use ForwardEmail.net for email forwarding.
